Producer- Mobile Applications

We have an immediate opening for a Producer, Mobile Applications to lead development teams at Riot Games.  The Producer is responsible for driving great development results through effective team leadership, product management, and game production skills.  Producers will be expected to be able to operate both as independent, self-directed project managers and highly collaborative, team-oriented leaders managing cross discipline development resources as needed.  He or she must be self-motivated and prepared to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  The individual must have experience in creating video games and have a passion for driving quality.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential new Rioterz and build out a high-quality mobile production team
• Own the production of mobile applications once approved for development or publishing, including schedule and resource
• Ensure rapid development through agile processes and live team methodologies that allow for frequent updates to incorporate new features and improvements
• Identify, partner with, and lead internal/external development teams, including game designers, artists, engineers, QA and other production resources to successful project completion
• Contribute to and help drive ideation process for creating new concepts and ideas, shepherding from back of napkin through executive approval

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical, technical and product management skills required
• 3+ years of mobile development or production experience
• Ideal candidates will have experience where gaming-as-a-service and agile production models are in use
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to change
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work well throughout all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated success with a technology product
• Passion for games and League of Legends are a huge plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential
• Prefer applicants with a 4-year college degree, but will consider all talented candidates
• Must be incredibly detail oriented and haven proven top-notch organizational skills
