Steven Snow
Steven Snow
Class: Senior Producer
Skills: Brutal Honesty +15

Steve Snow joins Riot with 12 years of game production experience, including 8 years as a Producer on big budget MMO's. A seasoned veteran of the online games space, Steve has helped produce high profile MMOs for Perpetual Entertainment and NC Soft as well as some classic PC games including Dungeon Siege for Gas Powered Games, and Total Annihilation for Cavedog Entertainment. Steve brings to Riot a vast and extraordinary knowledge of production and management processes in game development as well as an uncanny knowledge of hot sauces.

Special Ability: "Identify Critical Path"

Slicing When activated, Steve roams around the office waving his arms and shouting "critical path, critical path!" which immediately causes all employees to stop what they're doing and work on something more important.

Mark Franz
Mark Franz
Class: Development Director
Skills: Service Uptime +15

Mark joins Riot Games with over 12 years of experience in the games industry. He has worked on a myriad of projects at companies like Perpetual Entertainment where he served as Development Director on Star Trek Online. Mark has also held roles at Electronic Arts and Origin Systems where he worked on Ultima Online, Earth & Beyond and at Pogo.com. As fitting of a renaissance man he partakes in a gamut of interests including listening to NPR, reading too much Science Fiction, Russian Strength Training regiments and blasting people with his Gatling gun in Team Fortress 2.

Special Ability: "Server Altruism"

Franz utilizes his arcane knowledge of online operations to gauge and respond to the condition of our game servers. When depressed, he consoles them. When hyperactive, he calms them. When they're working as designed, he praises them. And when they've gone down, he brings them back up - instantly.

Travis George
Travis George
Class: Producer
Skills: Gameplay Analysis +15

Travis brings over five years of professional design experience to Riot Games. After finishing a program at one of those New Fangled Game Schools, Travis started out working for Activision on a few games, most notably an X-Men game where he designed Nightcrawler's powers and gameplay from start to finish. He then wandered the great Gaming Abyss before landing at Perpetual Entertainment where he turned his love of playing online games into a love of working on them. Travis has crossed over to the dark side of Production, and now serves as Riot's Gameplay Producer, where he manages the Design Team and works to get the most fun into the game as time allows.

Special Ability: "Eye of Discernment"

Using his vast stores of Arcane Knowledge, Travis is able to detect and decipher what the most critical and fun elements of the game will be to make sure they get in the game on time.

Jeff Jew
Jeff Jew
Class: Content Producer
Skills: Auto-Aim +15

After graduating from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Interactive Media and Creative Writing, Jeff Jew began his game industry career as a Designer at Riot Games, helping to create and balance characters, maps and other in-game items. He then transitioned to an Associate Producer role on the team and now manages all content production for the art, design, and audio teams on Riot Games’ debut title, League of Legends. In addition, Jeff also manages the character concepting and development teams which create the new Champions and skins for League of Legends.

Special Ability: "Moar Teemo Skins!"

Jeff has the ability to manipulate marketing data in order to illustrate that the company would benefit immensely from ever more Teemo skins. Few know that this is all just a ploy which culminates in the launch of Teemo RPG: Quest for the Hidden Mushroom which launches in November, 2020.

Steve Mieczkowski
Steve Mieczkowski
Class: Associate Producer
Skills: Multi-Function +15

Steve comes from the University of Southern California with a joint Business/Cinematic Arts degree, where he discovered that his true passion was video games, even despite the ridicule of his Hollywood hopeful peers. While he is not at Riot HQ producing awesome on a regular basis, Steve enjoys watching nerdy sci-fi and fantasy movie series and trashy television with his girlfriend, snowboarding, and any quick minutes of poker he can find.

Special Ability: "Premptive Strike"

Steve calls upon the powers of the universe as well as from his experience working for a talent manager to predict the answers to questions before they are even asked. Did you want fries with that? Of course you did. Luckily, he uses his powers for the good of Riot, taking care of his team's roadblocks before they become traffic jams.

Ryan Laughlin
Ryan Laughlin
Class: Assistant Producer
Skills: Infallible Memory +15

Ryan is a Los Angeles-native who joined Riot as a Production Intern after graduating from USC with a degree in History and Business Law. After proving his mettle (or gaining enough pity from the team that they offered a job), he joined the team as a fulltime member. When not helping make Riot games an awesome place to work, he enjoys writing music, watching movies, and playing golf.

Special Ability: "Cool as a Cucumber"

With this ability, Ryan takes on and completes any task - no matter the deadline - without breaking a sweat. When fully charged, the ability is amplified, and the work is done without a change to his cheery disposition.

Aaron Smith
Aaron Smith
Class: Assistant Producer
Skills: Vegas Madness +24

Aaron Smith studied film in college only to realize that games were the future, and he was always playing them. Starting at Riot as a production intern, he eventually joined the team full time as an assistant producer as his first foray into the gaming industry. An old Dota enthusiast (pro perhaps?), Aaron keeps strategy games close to his heart. Age of Empires II, Starcraft, Empire Earth, Dota, and, of course, League of Legends are all near and dear to him. Aaron also enjoys reading, ranting about politics and economics, and eating as many sea creatures as possible.

Special Ability: "Summon Recruiters"

When Aaron's team becomes overloaded he can call upon this ability to summon 10 recruiters instantaneously, who then can rally an entire army of software engineers (all level 18) to join the Riot cause. This often leaves Aaron without energy for up to 3 days but increases favor with Scott Gelb and Barry Livingston by 20%.
