As a Game Producer II reporting to an initiative product owner, you will lead the in-game features team for esports on Wild Rift. You will collaborate across Riot teams and Tencent to guide the vision and work across teams to implement the game features needed for a world class esport. You'll ensure every new feature crafted has clear goals and all timelines are matched.

This role will require overseas travel when permitted and safe.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the product and quality of in-game esports features, including KPI development and backlog and roadmap.
  • Run and optimize team work systems and processes, emphasizing predictability and delivery predictability
  • Sync, collaborate, and build trust with external and internal partner

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the MOBA genre
  • Minimum of 4 years of product or delivery experience in gaming, tech or related industries

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in game development, especially in the mobile space
  • Experience in broadcast environment
  • Experience building high-quality relationships and communications with players
  • Bi-lingual fluency at a business level in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with knowledge of game development terminology (i.e. - Engineering or Design)
  • Experience working in both US and Chinese business cultures, and understand how to bridge cultural gaps and build collaborative frameworks
