1500 Rioters. 280 projects. 48 hours. It’s a chance to fix something. It’s a great way to unlock creativity. Hell, it’s just plain fun. From sourcing player stats to an arcade machine makeover, here are just a few of the projects that Rioters around the world poured their efforts into during Thunderdome 2024. The idea behind this video is to shed some light on why we’ve decided to carve out the time for our take on your typical hackathon. Because at the end of the day, it’s not about shipping a bunch of stuff. It’s actually way more than that. As always, Thunderdome comes with a disclaimer: While a project from Thunderdome could maybe, possibly release in some way, shape, or form, they aren’t expected to ever materialize at all.
