As a Head of Publishing Operations, SEA, you will oversee the delivery of all of our PR, sales, marketing, branding, exhibition, and community management efforts in Southeast Asia. You love challenging convention with entrepreneurial spirit, you’re willing to embrace the unknown and you’re able to come up with groundbreaking initiatives that will take our relationship with players and media partners to the next level. You’re a master at influencing and communicating with leadership, partners and peers to get to the right outcomes for our players in Southeast Asia and you have a clear methodology to get things done.

As a Singapore Rioter, you'll join an entrepreneurial team of internationally and culturally diverse professionals that share our obsession with player experience, a maniacal passion for gaming and rejection of convention.

You are:

  • Action oriented: you take the bull by the horns and ride the damn thing through the heart of a dragon; you turn challenges in delivery of our publishing initiatives in Southeast Asia into opportunities, even without extensive planning because “too hard” means nothing to a dragon slayer
  • Driven: you refuse to let projects pile up any any country of our region, finishing your work with diligence that inspires the most industrious; when struggles and setbacks show up unannounced, you put your head down, power through, and never let them get the best of you
  • Priority-focused: you quickly identify critical projects, separating essential tasks from dreaded time-sucks; you can spot and avoid roadblocks miles ahead and across different cultures, which keeps you on track and more focused than a very determined laser beam
  • Good at getting things done:  You don't wait for opportunity to knock - you kick the door off its hinges to grab it first; armed with a five, ten, and hundred-year plan (subject to change, of course), you're constantly seeking the next challenge that'll level up your skills
  • Culturally astute: You never stop learning about new cultures and traditions so you can provide players a unique, local experience; fluency in English is a must. Fluency in Mandarin, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Thai, Malay or Bahasa nets you bonus points.   
  • A digital publishing veteran: you have deep knowledge and a strong track record of building publishing organizations and are an expert at maximizing the effectiveness of online experiences that deliver player value; you’ve got a strong sense of how to streamline delivery and address pitfalls and pain points in a live environment

You will:

  • Deliver publishing programs in partnership with the development team that will hit the mark in culturally-relevant ways for players in Southeast Asia
  • Establish clear directions and delivery plans and maintain an open dialogue within your teams and with other disciplines in Southeast Asia and globally
  • Ensure the successful execution of projects and in a timely manner among local as well as remote teams
  • Define key performance indicators to set goals for and track the performance of our publishing efforts in the region, and help your teams gain and maintain a data-informed perspective on their work
  • Identify opportunities and problems that plague players in Southeast Asia, then champion, plan, and collaborate with internal teams to execute the programs needed to address them
