We have an 18 month Contract for a Talent Acquisition Manager, to join a team here in Riot Games, Dublin to lead our recruitment efforts Europe wide. Your experience working as a recruitment leader, working with a recruitment team and creative ability rolling out recruitment programmes will be greatly useful. You will be a mentor and coach to a team of recruitment experts.
You’ll join a team of internationally and culturally diverse professionals that share our prioritization of player experience, rejection of convention and maniacal passion for gaming. With teams in Player Support, Community, Publishing and Marketing, Riot Games Dublin is dedicated to creating unique player experiences that show European players they aren’t lost in translation.

Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet Riot objectives
Mentor, upskill and lead the Recruitment team based in Dublin
Manage all resourcing activities and develop Riot’s Recruitment strategy
Work closely with Head of Europe, Country Managers and Talent Partners on recruitment strategy and prioritization on a Matrix basis
Build relationships and work closely with Central Talent / Recruitment teams to better understand their process’ and align to International recruitment
Compile & analyse data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary
3+ years’ experience in managing and leading a talent talent acquisition team/ 5+ years’ working directly as a recruiter
In depth knowledge of best practices and latest trends and benchmark data in talent acquisition
Must have excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, written, and communication skills
Must be a team player and be able to work with all levels of an organization from start to finish
Expert in using Social Media for talent sourcing (using forums like Linkedin, Glassdoor, twitter, discussions forums, blogs etc.) required
