Riot’s People team exists to help Rioters make better decisions around its talent. We bring our expertise to all HR activities such as hiring, onboarding, development, diversity and inclusion, performance management, benefits, perks, compensation, big events, labor relations, and off-boarding so that all Rioters can flourish.

As the People Coordinator, reporting to the People Operations Partner, you will act as the dedicated concierge to Riot's five pillars, ensuring exceptional customer service in responding to and resolving HR-related questions and issues. You will manage core Rioter life-cycle events like onboarding, transfers & offboarding and support escalated HR Operations tickets.

Job Description

  • Maintain updated staff records in the Workday.
  • Assist in developing standard documentation templates across Asia.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in paperwork administration to employees.
  • Assist in benefits administration and L&D coordination.
  • Build and maintain Google shared drive for the Asia HR team.
  • Render other administrative support such as filing and generating reports.
  • Any other duties as designated.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate from polytechnic/university.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in a support function role.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google suite.
