As an Art Lead, 3D Character Art on the Research & Development team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a healthy Character Art team to meet the objectives of the project.  You will be accountable for the creation and execution of an artistic vision, organizing with Game Design, Production, Engineering, and Art to ensure that vision is compatible with the goals of the product.  You will report to the Art Director.
