As the Director, Brand Management for League of Legends: Wild Rift, you will lead an award-winning, cross-functional marketing organization that develops our outstanding and impactful global experiences for players on mobile.

You will use your brand strategy and management expertise to inspire others with a clear vision for the future of Wild Rift, one that is capturing the imagination of our global audience; guiding teams to create impactful & authentic experiences that make meaningful progress towards our future goals; creating a destination team for marketing talent at Riot.

Working with the Executive Producer and Game Director, you will collaborate as a strategic partner to shape the future of the game, its player experience and ultimately one of entertainments' biggest ecosystems in the world. As an expert in cross-cultural collaboration and communication, you can take advantage of opportunities while working with a diverse stakeholder group across our product, international publishing, esports and entertainment pillars.

You will report to the Global Head of Marketing, League Studios.


  • Develop the holistic marketing strategy (including vision, goals, roadmap, and prioritization) for League of Legends: Wild Rift globally.
  • Provide marketing insight and guidance to Product teams, advocating for the results of publishing activity and contributing positively to team culture.
  • Ensure that all marketing programs are aligned with the business goals, target audience and core brand strategy for Wild Rift.
  • Drive successful execution of campaign and initiative development within the team - producing outstanding creative experiences that raise the bar for marketing across the industry.
  • Partner with our insights team to develop measurement goals for all of our marketing efforts, guide marketing research and enhancing the team's collective knowledge of our future audience and landscape.
  • Act as the essential liaison between the Wild Rift product team and Riot's worldwide publishing organization - promoting successful outcomes through close collaboration and partnership

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • Experience in and passion for the mobile gaming space
  • Demonstrated expertise in brand management and leadership influencing product partners
  • Experience both driving business results and improving brand resonance
  • Intimate knowledge of the ever-evolving global entertainment & games marketing landscape, current competition, innovations and trends and how they impact our business

  • Experience working on cultural brands that serve passionate audiences
  • Experience working on products at all stages of development
  • Experience facilitating and working with creative professionals
  • History of working with outside agencies and vendors to execute initiatives.
  • Global mobile product experience
