Riot’s Procurement team partners with deal owners and external partners to secure all goods and services needed. We apply policies that help mitigate risk while allowing for maximum value in our deals. From getting large projects approved and negotiating contracts, to tracking orders and payments, we help deal owners navigate the journey.

We are seeking a detail-orientated Vendor Enablement Specialist to support the transition of existing suppliers to the Coupa platform. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to vendors, collecting required information, and helping to set up new vendor records within Coupa. Your work will directly contribute to reducing the Oracle vendor management workload, speeding up invoice processing, and decreasing vendor-related AP support tickets.

Please note this is only a 4 month contract to support the team and will be based in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

  • Review vendor data in Oracle to identify suppliers needing to be migrated to Coupa
  • Maintain and update tracking sheets to monitor onboarding progress and status for each supplier
  • Contact existing suppliers via email and/or phone to invite them to register on the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP)
  • Provide clear instructions and support for registration, including how to create an account and complete their profile
  • Send reminders to non-responsive vendors and escalate delays as needed
  • Respond to basic questions from suppliers about Coupa registration and refer complex issues to internal support teams
  • Identify and flag any discrepancies or potential duplicate records between Coupa and Oracle

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in vendor management, accounts payable, procurement, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and customer service skills; comfortable contacting vendors via email and phone
  • Familiarity with Coupa or other procurement platforms
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong data entry skills
  • Experience working in or with finance and AP teams

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle ERP and Coupa (preferred)
  • Previous experience of system migrations or platform transitions
  • Knowledge of procurement and invoice workflows
  • Knowledge of a second language (preferred)
