REGISTRATION

WHO CAN SIGN UP FOR A TOUR?

Tours are open to League of Legends players who are level 30 or higher, and all visitors must be 13 years of age or older to sign up for tours
Anyone between 13 and 17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian and will be required to submit their information when signing up
If you require a parent/legal guardian in attendance, they aren't required to be a League player
If you're with the press, please don't sign up for a tour -- we want to keep these spaces open for players. We can help you out separately if you contact media@riotgames.com

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE SIGNING UP?

Each visitor must fill out the registration form — no exceptions
You’ll need to submit one form of legal identification that matches your legal name, which you’ll also need to bring on the day of your tour; you can submit a:
- Driver license
- Government-issued Identification card
- Passport (required for all non-US residents)
Visitors must be level 30 in League of Legends in order to be considered for the tour (parents/guardians exempt)

CAN I REGISTER MY FRIEND AS MY PARENT/GUARDIAN?

Nope! Each visitor must register independently

I AM A MINOR, AND I WANT TO COME WITH A FRIEND WHO IS A MINOR. DO WE BOTH NEED TO HAVE OUR OWN PARENT/GUARDIAN WITH US, OR CAN WE COME WITH JUST ONE PARENT/GUARDIAN?

Each minor must be accompanied by their own legal parent/guardian

I HAVE SOMEONE GIVING ME A RIDE TO CAMPUS, CAN THEY ACCOMPANY ME ON THE TOUR?

Anyone planning on attending the tour needs to register and be confirmed for the tour

HOW OFTEN DOES RIOT OFFER TOURS?

Tours are limited and released on a monthly basis, so check back often!

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A TOUR?

Please only sign up for ONE tour. If you register for multiple tours, you'll be removed from the system

IS THERE A FEE TO SIGN UP?

Nope! Riot HQ tours are free of charge

HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M CONFIRMED?

You’ll receive a confirmation receipt for your registration within three business days (Note: registering doesn’t guarantee attendance)
Attendance is confirmed based on availability on a first come first serve basis; we may review in-game behavior, if you’ve visited us before, etc.

I WAS DENIED REGISTRATION, HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN REGISTER FOR A TOUR AGAIN?

You’ll need to wait 30 days before signing up for another tour. However, if any negative chats/behavior remain in your recent history, you may still be denied after the 30 days have passed. For further inquiries on how to improve your status, consult Player Support

I WAS DENIED REGISTRATION DUE TO A NEGATIVE REPORT IN GAME PLAY, BUT I DON'T HAVE A BAN FROM THE GAME CURRENTLY. WHY CAN'T I REGISTER?

There are specific requirements in place for tours which may be more restrictive than game play. A player may have recent negative chats containing derogatory or aggressive language in gameplay that would prevent the player from being able to participate in tours, even if they're not banned from the game

IS THE TOUR WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE?

Yes! You’ll be able to notify us when filling out your registration

WHAT IF I HAVE A YOUNGER BROTHER/SISTER WHO IS UNDER 13? CAN THEY NOT COME?

Our Terms of Use for League of Legends states that the site and game aren’t directed to children under 13 years of age; due to COPPA-compliance reasons, we won’t be offering tours to children under 13 years of age at this time

FOR THE TOUR

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

A legal form of identification (the same as you submitted when signing up)
A parent or legal guardian if you’re under the age of 18
Wear comfortable shoes (there are breaks and seated portions, but you’ll be doing a lot of walking)
Hats and sunscreen if it’s sunny out (LA Campus)

WHAT SHOULDN’T I BRING?

Large or oversized backpacks, luggage, large purses, or oversized bags
Animals or pets (although seeing eye dogs and service dogs are welcome, just give us a heads-up)

WILL I GET TO MEET ANY RIOTERS?

You’ll see lots of Rioters from different teams, and maybe even meet a couple, but there won’t be any extended meet and greets during the tour

ARE THE TOURS GIVEN IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES?

Currently tours are in English only

I HAVE A GROUP THAT’S INTERESTED IN A TOUR, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To offer the best tour experience, we try to keep tour groups small; we aren’t taking group requests at this time, but keep an eye on this page for updates

WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE IT ANYMORE OR I'M GOING TO BE LATE?

Let us know as soon as you can; we’d prefer that you cancel instead of not showing
If you're going to be late, please contact us ASAP. Please be advised that we cannot accept anyone that is more than 15 minutes late as it causes disruption for the rest of the tour guests
