As a Senior Game Producer on Wild Rift based in Riot’s Shanghai studio, you’ll join forces with passionate cross-functional teams to build awesome experiences for players around the world. You’ll help drive clarity, align priorities, and keep teams on track—from kickoff through launch and beyond. You’ll flex your production skills while also growing your craft with support from the broader Wild Rift and Riot Production communities.

You’ll report to the Director, Game Production for Wild Rift and work alongside developers in Riot LA and our Chinese co-dev teams.

Responsibilities:

Help execute production plans for Wild Rift features and initiatives.
Track progress, identify risks, and coordinate with partners to keep projects on target.
Partner with product and dev leads to align timelines, scope, and priorities.
Support co-dev collaboration through documentation, stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
Help uphold Riot’s production craft and values within the Shanghai studio.

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in a production role on a multi-disciplinary team.
Hands-on experience managing game development pipelines and schedules.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across time zones and cultures.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and navigating shifting priorities.
Business fluency in English and Mandarin.

Desired Qualifications:

Passion for and knowledge of League of Legends IP.
Familiarity with mobile free-to-play development.
Understanding of production methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
