Established in 2020, the Singapore Studio is Riot’s second international game development studio. Riot has been expanding our footprint in Asia and accelerating our talent growth to develop games that deliver great experiences to our players. We partner with our LA headquarters on game development for League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, and Legends of Runeterra. We’re also building teams for VALORANT and 2XKO, our upcoming fighting game. The Singapore Studio is seeking talented, passionate craft experts with backgrounds in all areas of game development to build games that make it better to be a player.

As a Senior Game Product Manager on the Teamfight Tactics (TFT) team, you will drive player value, satisfaction, and business outcomes by delivering engaging content, optimizing in and around the game experiences, and making data-informed decisions that keep our game thriving.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the cross-disciplinary store team and manage store strategy & features to achieve player and product outcomes in line with overarching monetization strategy
  • Manage the product roadmap and prioritize work for store 
  • Partner with the monetization systems product manager to improve our distribution systems (Rotating Shop, Treasure Realms), including proposing strategic opportunities and monitoring store & economy performance
  • Deeply understand product performance and player needs, motivations, and behaviors in collaboration with Insights analysts and researchers, incorporating these into decisions 
  • Lead and run experiments on store, distribution, and offers to optimize our outcomes
  • Monitor industry trends and analyze competitor practices to adapt to TFT as appropriate 
  • Ensure the store team’s work streams are tightly aligned with the game’s plans for sustainable and best-in-class live operations
  • Collaborate with multi-team, cross-time-zone ecosystem of development partners to ensure TFT needs are prioritized, delivered, and providing value to the game

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years professional experience in product management or other adjacent field such as business strategy, data analytics, or game/user design 
  • 2+ years developing product strategy in game development, monetization, or ecommerce    
  • 1+ years developing features with a cross-disciplinary team (e.g. software engineers, UX designers, producers)
  • Excellent teamwork, team leadership, and communication
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Broad understanding of operational and product challenges
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions

Desired Qualifications

  • 1+ years leading teams or managing people
  • Experience playing TFT and/or other titles in the autobattler genre, and have a deep understanding of the genre and monetization systems
  • Experience working with data, pulling needed metrics, and running ad-hoc analysis
