- Partner with creative, brand, and game teams to translate campaign goals into clear production strategies and executable plans.
- Manage the full production lifecycle of video and static visual content, including trailers, promotional assets, key art, branding toolkits, and digital deliverables.
- Serve as a trusted production partner to team leadership—advising on feasibility, approach, risks, and tradeoffs while protecting creative quality.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high quality bar.
- Oversee asset delivery pipelines, including approvals, versioning, localization handoff, and final release coordination.
- Communicate clearly and proactively on timelines, scope, risks, and resourcing needs.
- Make informed tradeoffs to maximize player impact within production constraints.
- Ensure partners and collaborators have a positive, professional production experience.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a producer (or equivalent) in games, entertainment, tech, or advertising
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

- Budgeting and scheduling
- Vendor and outsource management
- Risk assessment and mitigation
- Deep understanding of the full video production lifecycle, including trailers, promotional content, and digital deliverables
- Working knowledge of CG animation pipelines and post-production workflows
- Experience with digital asset management, asset delivery, and localization pipelines
- Strong change management and conflict resolution skills; able to remain calm and effective in fluid creative environments
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with global publishing models and working with regional or international partners.
- Experience or passion for the games industry, entertainment, or youth-culture-driven brands.
