A Recruiter at Riot is conversant with the craft of Recruiting and responsible for partnering with their business to champion, change, and guide the entire hiring process. We develop a deep understanding of teams and roles, manage partners, effectively pitch multiple roles, and serve as brand ambassadors for all Riot products. You will also contribute to the discipline of recruiting through process improvements and projects.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will work on technology & production hiring working within the Singapore Studio and partner with technical team leaders to build teams making games. You will work across several game teams of varying sizes to support their hiring needs primarily for technologists and game producers of varying seniority. Like us, you believe extraordinary Recruiters are part brand ambassador, part matchmaker, and part strategic partner. In this role you will be responsible for attracting top talent for Riot.

Finally, you’ll work with hiring managers to align their business’ needs with your sourcing strategies to present diverse and bountiful candidate pipelines to them. You will report to the APAC Recruiting Lead. 

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle Recruiting, partnering with Rioters and Hiring Managers at various levels to advise on our Talent Acquisition strategy across various game development teams, with the goal to build world class teams across Production, Engineering, Data Science and QA.
  • Sourcing and qualifying high caliber passive candidates. You’re a relentless sourcer, leaving no stone unturned to find hidden gems, no matter their location
  • Ownership of the candidate experience, always looking to go above and beyond to provide a truly unique experience to candidates at any stage, while identifying opportunities to make our candidate journey more efficient and high quality
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the wider People Department on wide ranging talent initiatives to help level up the Rioter experience
  • Portfolio Ownership and participate in headcount forecasting and resource planning and Reporting as to Business Unit’s progress against staffing plan

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years doing full-cycle recruiting at various seniority levels with strong experience working in or working with a fast growth technology or gaming company.
  • Exposure to hiring a range of crafts from AI and Data Science roles through to Product Management and Software Engineering. 
  • You've been in the thick of recruiting action, managing everything from finding candidates, using data to suggest improvements, to dishing out congratulatory fist-bumps on their first day.
  • Highly articulate, ability to communicate and proven experience partnering with Hiring Managers from entry level to Company Executives.
  • You like listening to others and are sensitive to any communication style; that makes it easy for anyone to talk to you; others trust you and feel comfortable coming to you with all the info, so any rising problems can be tackled before they spiral into fiery vortices of bad vibrations.

This will be a 12 Month Contract.
