Production Finance Professional

Finance Operations focuses on managing our procure-to-pay workflows to support all relevant teams and providing essential data for production accounting and cost tracking. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Production Finance, you will join our Global Production Services team to support marketing, publishing and esport entertainment related projects. This role executes within established production finance workflows while identifying day-to-day process inefficiencies, supporting workflow documentation, maintaining accurate financial and operational data, and coordinating across teams to keep production work moving.
Responsibilities
- Execute and document established production finance workflows across procurement, vendor onboarding, payments, tracking, and reporting for Global Production Services projects.
- Partner with global production services departments, production finance ops producers, procurement, legal, and technology partners to support workflow execution, communicate status and issues clearly, and coordinate resolution of operational blockers.
- Review existing tools, data, and systems such as Google Workspace, Airtable, Coupa, and related tracking tools; maintain data accuracy across systems and flag gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies that affect reporting or payment workflows.
- Support vendor and payment operations by tracking vendor data, ensuring documentation completeness, assisting with onboarding and payment processing, and resolving routine vendor or payment issues.
- Support budgeting and operational planning cycles through data entry, cost tracking, preparation of planning inputs, and maintenance of planning documentation.
- Generate and maintain accurate financial and operational reports, identify data inconsistencies, and provide timely information that supports production accounting, cost tracking, and stakeholder decision-making.
- Capture feedback from end users and catalog financial operations improvement opportunities across Production Finance and monitor prioritization and progress, and proactively inform users of upcoming changes affecting their work.
- Support ad-hoc production finance requests and projects while balancing priorities and applying best practices for accuracy, discretion, and timely follow-through.
- Partner with Sr Program Manager to develop tools/systems/routines to report team-wide progress towards annual goals without requiring burdensome manual input or maintenance from others.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of production accounting, production finance, finance operations, or comparable procure-to-pay experience.
- Experience executing established financial workflows, including procurement, payments, tracking, reporting, and day-to-day workflow documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain accurate data across multiple systems and tools.
- Proficient in the Google ecosystem (e.g., Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Airtable.
- Experience supporting vendor onboarding, vendor documentation, payment processing, and routine issue resolution.
- Ability to support budgeting, cost tracking, planning inputs, and financial or operational reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with production, finance, procurement, legal, technology, and other non-finance stakeholders; able to communicate status, risks, and issues clearly.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion
Desired Qualifications

- 5+ years of production accounting, production finance, finance operations, or comparable procure-to-pay experience.
- Familiarity with Coupa, IronClad, Slack, Notion, Tableau, and other production finance workflow or reporting tools.
- Demonstrated interest and experience in emerging technologies (AI and automation) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business-related field.

- (Los Angeles Only) Base salary range between $119,400.00 - $167,200.00 USD + incentive compensation + equity + 401K with company match + medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + short and long-term disability + open PTO.
