Reporting to the Head of EMEA Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage and accomplish workforce planning goals for their function, through the full life-cycle recruiting process for the Dublin office. This is an 18 month contract.

Responsibilities

  • Develop understanding for the Global Talent Acquisition strategy, specifically related to requisition and candidate management processes, onboarding and internal mobility
  • Manage recruiting lifecycle for all levels within your function, including candidate pipelining and compliance outreach activities. Work on ad hoc positions as needed
  • Source candidates through multiple methods including targeted advertising, advanced boolean logic applications, partnerships, social medial, industry networking, key professional organizations, selective agency partnership
  • Develop new sourcing, including diversity sourcing, to identify talent
  • Track and perform against TA team and individual metrics
  • Provide guidance, strategize and make recommendations to managers to improve recruiting methods and create more efficient processes
  • Champion enhancing the candidates experience including: supporting the interview process, communicating total rewards package, and providing feedback to all candidates
  • Report on recruitment activity weekly and prepare reports
  • Undertake administration tasks, project work and programs relating to recruitment strategy and other people initiatives
  • Build partnerships with all partners
  • Ensure compliance across all stages of the recruitment process
  • Work with the Head of EMEA Talent Acquisition and collaborate with the wider TA team
