Rioter Inclusion Groups

The community we nurture within Riot has a halo effect on the global communities we support and serve. Our employee resource groups which we call Rioter Inclusion Groups or RIGs are a key way we create inclusivity & belonging for Rioters which helps us deliver for players.

RIGs are employee-led, identity centered communities that provide a space for Rioters to connect, build understanding, and foster belonging. RIGs have a global purpose, with specific chapters of communities active across all regions. Through their insights, programs, and activations, RIGs create opportunities for both members and allies to build understanding and help cultivate an inclusive community inside and out.

 

North American RIGs

API@Riot

Serve as a place for API Rioters to come together, learn from each other’s shared commonalities and multicultural differences, and amplify the voices of the global API community at the Riot level.

Filipinos At Riot

Empowers, unifies, and celebrates Filipino Rioters and Filipinos in Gaming by sharing culture, community, and experiences.

Rainbow Rioters

Supports the LGBTQIA+ community through education, authenticity, and joy to create a safe space that elevates and celebrates our voices.

Riot Alliance of Diverse Genders

Serve an intentional umbrella for all gender minority Rioters, which aims to advocate for, platform, and connect them to their community.

Riot Noir

Riot Noir empowers the Black community to amplify engagement and representation through retention, fostering connection, contributing to inclusive representation in our products, and supporting growth and career opportunities at Riot.

Riot Unidos

Foster community for Latino Rioters through togetherness, representation, and celebration of culture, while creating opportunities for growth and belonging.

DiverseAbility

Our mission is to foster a culture of inclusion for Rioters who identify as having a disability, and for Rioters who are caregivers, parents, partner, spouses, family of people who live with those realities.
