Talent

Riot today is responsible for the Riot of the future. That starts with creating greater access to opportunities for our Rioters and the greater community through a combination of internal programs and external partnerships.

Women@Riot

Women@Riot is a global program for Rioters designed to achieve three objectives:

  1. Professional Development - building skills and tools to help navigate careers

  2. Personal Development - building resiliency and confidence in and outside of work

  3. Build Community - providing internal and external opportunities to engage and connect

The theme of Women@Riot is Leveling Up, we aspire to enable and encourage our participants to "Level Up" both personally and professionally with curated workshops, social events, and mentor/mentee programs for Rioters throughout our 20+ offices.

Gaming ‘Cxmmunity’ Co. Partnership

We partner with Gaming 'Cxmmunity' Co., a non-profit organization whose mission is to increase the participation of minorities within the esports and gaming industry so that there is an equal opportunity as new jobs and professions are being created. Together we focus on engaging youth and students through virtual workshops, community programs,, and ultimately sourcing candidates from Cxmmunity’s student network. We also teamed up to host "The KickBack,” a two-day event for underrepresented high school and Historically Black College and University (HBCU) students with the goal of removing some of the roadblocks Black students experience as they look toward a future in gaming.
