The Riot Singapore AI Efficiency Team harnesses Machine Learning and AI to reimagine how games are built. We develop AI-powered tools and shared infrastructure that streamline development, accelerate creative workflows, and enable multiple game teams to deliver high-quality experiences for Players worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Game Production to own the operational backbone of the team and drive predictable, high-quality delivery across a portfolio of internal tools built in close partnership with game teams. This role is not about creating a new vision; you will operationalize an existing one, scale lightweight delivery practices, anticipate dependencies, and help the team move faster by removing friction and elevating visibility for stakeholders at all levels. Success in this role looks like game teams experiencing our work as reliable, responsive, easy to adopt and impactful, because execution is well-run, risks are surfaced early, and the team’s time is protected for building.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with multiple game teams as the primary collaborators and customers, ensuring the right cadence, clarity, and decision-making across disciplines and stakeholder levels.
  • Drive multi-team adoption and predictable delivery across a portfolio of internal tools for game development, aligning roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics with the needs of multiple game teams.
  • Lead the team’s annual planning and OKR process to align priorities, staffing, and budgets in collaboration with partner game teams and central stakeholders.
  • Prepare twice-monthly delivery updates tailored to different stakeholder levels and contexts, highlighting outcomes for game teams and adoption readiness.
  • Prepare polished monthly updates in Google Slides and Google Sheets, including progress, KPIs, risks, and decisions, with clear framing for game leadership.
  • Anticipate cross-team dependencies and risks proactively; clear roadblocks early and quietly so partner teams stay unblocked.
  • Run lightweight team and development rituals that sustain momentum without slowing early discovery and prototyping.
  • Shield engineers, technical artists, and data scientists from administrative overhead so they can focus on building and delivering player value.
  • Own the team’s JIRA setup, hygiene, reporting structures, and backlog organization to support clear prioritization and transparent delivery.
  • Drive the delivery lifecycle from idea → PoC → prototype → MVP → production → live support, ensuring each stage has the right level of rigor and the right audience alignment.
  • Produce and maintain clear technical delivery plans and documentation across a wide range of AI-powered internal tools, with a focus on usability and onboarding for game teams.
  • Serve as a proactive liaison with key tech partners (e.g., Tech Foundations, ML Platform, IT/InfoSec, Legal, Infrastructure, etc.) to keep integrations, compliance, and operational readiness on track.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in production, production operations, technical project leadership, or closely related roles in complex software environments.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to connect day-to-day execution with the bigger picture for multiple partner game teams.
  • Strong dependency and stakeholder management skills across teams, functions, and geographies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-ready storytelling and clear partner-facing updates.
  • Proven ability to run multiple concurrent delivery efforts across interdependent workstreams, with strong judgment on sequencing and tradeoffs.
  • Demonstrated track record shepherding products from idea to production and long-term support, including live support and iteration based on partner feedback.
  • Strong delivery rigor with pragmatic, stage-appropriate process (no process bloat).
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace with experience producing polished progress updates and KPI reporting.
  • Comfortable in deep technical discussions with senior engineers, technical artists, architects, and data scientists working in fast-moving AI spaces.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in AAA game development and/or internal tools for large creative or game organizations, especially tools adopted by multiple game teams.
  • Familiarity with game engine/editor integrations (e.g., Unreal).
  • Track record shipping high-quality, high-scale software in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience navigating other disruptive technology waves where best practices evolved rapidly.
  • Experience with modern full-stack web development and deployment.
  • Exposure to MLOps, DevOps/SRE, CI/CD, observability, and AI platform ecosystems.
