As a Brand Manager, you'll lead projects that harness Riot's creative energies to engage players in RU & CIS with a deep understanding and appreciation of the Riot Games brand. You'll join a team of fellow gamers that's breaking boundaries by marrying high-level marketing and brand strategies with a genuine understanding of what excites players in Russia and CIS. You'll help bring more engaging experiences to more players in RU and help us define and evolve the League of Legends, esports, and Riot Games brand.

As a Moscow Rioter, you'll join a smaller team of professionals that share our obsession with player experience, rejection of convention and maniacal passion for gaming. With teams in Publishing, eSports, Insights, eCommerce, Player Support, Live serveices, Localization, Finance Riot Games Moscow is dedicated to creating unique player experiences that show Russian and CIS players they aren't lost in translation. You'll lead efforts and develop strategies that help core gamers understand Riot Games as a publisher. You will build on global and develop local marketing strategic platforms; create and execute go-to-market campaigns to grow the understanding of Riot Games.

You are:

Experienced: you've got a deep knowledge of and a strong track record creating and executing brand campaigns focused on delivering value to players in unique and memorable ways

Creative and data informed: you have the ability to see the big picture and utilize your suite of skills to level up your team's creative ideas; you back up those strong marketing instincts with meticulous analysis, metrics, and stats

Strategic: your foresight is enabling you to get a jump on future trends and shifts with seer-like accuracy; you anticipate consequences, creating breakthrough strategies and plans that zig when everyone else is stuck

An idea accelerator: your creative ideas and the creative ideas of your team don't end at the concept phase, because you push forward the ideas you know will work; you know what brilliant looks like and have no problems pushing others past mental roadblocks with brainstorming sessions that end in unprecedented innovation

A project manager: you can drive a project from concept to completion with little oversight. You keep partners and other Rioters marching towards the common goal. You know how to craft the process that brings ideas to life; you maintain and develop a positive, team-oriented attitude that makes you approachable and inspires teammates to meet every challenge with determination and enthusiasm

Player-focused: you're a lifelong gamer who's passion for games (especially League of Legends) helps you stay focused on initiatives that make the difference to the players in and out of the game

A problem solver: when problems appear, you're the on-call fixer, applying your methodical approach to clean up even the stickiest of situations; you look past the obvious solution, checking in with all sources to uncover any hidden issues lying dormant

You will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of players from RU and CIS, partner with product teams, and develop campaigns that will win hearts and minds across the region in culturally-relevant ways for players
  • Lead branding and marketing programs that engage players in Russia and CIS and champion the Riot Games and League of Legends brand
  • Adapt global brand strategy for RU & CIS marke and maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications
  • Establish and use KPIs to help us hand-craft marketing solutions that delight players
  • Evaluate and advocate new programs and campaigns that elevate and reinforce  League of Legends' and Riot Games' positioning
  • Inspire, lead, and coach Rioters who are responsible for marketing programs
  • Ensure excellent collaboration and communication with Central publishing teams to ensure our local presence reflects the global vision
