You will ensure operational excellence across multiple vendors and geographies for this defined, high-impact project period.

Please note this is a 6 month contract and will be based on site in Berlin.

  • Own the physical production design and execution for the large-scale LEC Summer Finals, LEC XPO and the multi-venue logistics of the LEC Roadtrips.
  • Oversee the seamless integration of scenic, lighting, AV, staging, power, and rigging with broadcast and creative workflows for all three events.
  • Manage health, safety, permitting, and risk mitigation across all event venues.

 Hospitality & Participant Coordination

  • Coordinate hospitality frameworks for players, talent, and VIPs across the LEC Summer Finals and Roadtrips.
  • Align participant travel schedules and accommodations directly with show operations.

 Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage the allocated production budgets for the 2026 LEC Roadtrips, Summer Finals, and LEC XPO.
  • Act as the primary on-site and remote point of contact for vendor relationships, specifically managing contractual and logistical coordination for multi-party productions related to these events.

 Process & Documentation

  • Rapidly adopt and apply Riot’s existing production management frameworks, templates, and tools to ensure efficient project ramp-up and execution.
  • Document final processes and key learnings from the 2026 LEC Summer events to hand off to the long-term production team.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly integrate and deliver complex events on a compressed timeline.
  • Deep practical understanding of live broadcast infrastructure, signal paths, and physical production technologies.
  • Strong vendor management and budget oversight skills.
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, especially under the pressure of a live-event environment.
  • Comfortable with significant travel throughout EMEA for the 6-month contract duration.

Desired Skills

  • Direct experience managing high-profile, cross-regional esports productions.
  • Practical knowledge of modern broadcast solutions (e.g., remote or hybrid workflows).
  • Experience in a project or contract-based event delivery role.
