Riot Games was established in 2006 by entrepreneurial gamers who believe that player-focused game development can result in great games. In 2009, Riot released its debut title League of Legends to critical and player acclaim. As the most played PC game in the world, over 100 million play every month. Players form the foundation of our community and it’s for them that we continue to evolve and improve the League of Legends experience.

We’re looking for humble but ambitious, razor-sharp professionals who can teach us a thing or two. We promise to return the favor. Like us, you take play seriously; you’re passionate about games. We embrace those who see things differently, aren’t afraid to experiment, and who have a healthy disregard for constraints.

That's where you come in.

Riot’s Marketing Creative Services (MCS) team is the in-house creative partner to teams across Riot Games, supporting our products through high-quality gameplay capture, editing, writing, design, and audio. We work across franchises and formats—from dev diaries to social promos to cinematic storytelling.

As a Production Coordinator in Asia-Pacific (APAC), you’ll play a central role in keeping the region’s creative work organized, timely, and partner-friendly. You’ll coordinate the intake of new requests, assist in early project setup, and provide logistical support to cross-discipline craft leads throughout production. You’ll ensure that MCS’s processes scale effectively—without sacrificing responsiveness, clarity, or creative flow.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new APAC publishing creative requests across internal partner teams.
  • Manage the intake process: monitor Slack channels, organize request documentation, and ensure timely response.
  • Schedule and coordinate cross-functional meetings (kickoffs, check-ins, reviews) with capture, video, audio, writing, and art teams.
  • Coordinate Third Party partnerships - managing Contracts, Vendor onboarding, and assets archiving process
  • Maintain shared trackers (e.g., Airtable), calendars, and project records to support ongoing clarity across requests.
  • Track staffing assignments, flag scheduling conflicts, and assist craft leads in all production workflows
  • Support team operations and communications with consistent documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience in creative production coordination, project management, or studio operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with diverse internal teams.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, or other collaborative productivity tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities at once

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with video production, audio post, game capture, or internal creative service models.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments like agencies, studios, or game publishing.
  • Knowledge of Riot IPs or interest in games and entertainment storytelling.

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You:

  • Enjoy making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Take pride in clarity, follow-up, and being a trusted point of coordination.
  • Want to support talented creatives by freeing them up to focus on the work

For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players. We will be looking at your past studies, experience, and your personal relationship with games. If you embody player empathy and care about players' experiences, this could be your role!

Don’t forget to include a resume and cover letter. We receive a lot of applications, but we’ll notice a fun, well-written intro that shows us you take play seriously.
