Your passion for delivering player value will help create new experiences that delight our fans, and you will report to the Engineering Manager of the Content Access Platform team within Publishing Platform.

- Willingness and desire to learn how to build and operate highly scalable services in Java, Kotlin, and/or GoLang
- Familiarity with distributed system architectures and with maintaining large scale cloud services
Desired Qualifications:
- Professional experience with Java based services
- Experience with storage technologies such as MySQL, Amazon Aurora, etc.
- Understand networking - HTTP down to the network layer (TCP/IP, routing, etc)
- Familiarity with Cloud Platform providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure
For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes your fellow Rioters, who are the customers of your work. Being a dedicated fan of games is not necessary for this position!
