In late 2018 Riot began engaging with developers who leveraged League Client APIs for developing tools for players. We have seen some pretty amazing things along the way. However, we quickly discovered that the policies around use of these APIs were confusing to developers. We have updated our policy and we encourage you to read it on the Developer Portal.
