Product Managers at Riot focus on strategy, execution of strategy, leadership, communication, and systems & analyses. We desire to remain player-focused while maximizing results. We support our strategy and recommendations with a myriad of sources to ensure we’re informed by data.

As Sr. Manager, Product Management, you will own the holistic revenue strategy across all of Wild Rift, globally. You will work with teams to develop products and experiences that grow player value, revenue, and joy across the community. Through your close partnerships with Riot and Tencent stakeholders, you will ensure that Wild Rift has industry-leading monetization systems and product strategy. You will report into the initiative product lead.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to develop strategies for products and systems that meet diverse player needs
  • Create a monetization strategy and framework that is audience-driven and designed for sustainability
  • Evaluate competitive products to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Work closely with leaders across Riot and Tencent to manage and unify monetization goals and solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Strong logical thought process and an investigative, analytical mindset
  • Demonstrated experience developing revenue strategies and/or designing monetization systems for live service games
  • Deep understanding of free to play game systems, content distribution, and player expectations, with a passion for understanding game economies.
  • Strong alignment capabilities across functions and stakeholders
  • Ability to actively identify obstacles and find solutions

Desired Qualifications 

  • 3+ years experience in e-commerce, consulting, or strategy for mobile games
  • Knowledge of League of Legends and its products
  • Fluency in Mandarin
