Jack “ActionJackson” Calvi is Riot’s Head of Product, leading Product and Insights across the company. He works with Riot’s game and business leaders to understand the players they are trying to serve, make high-leverage product decisions, and build experiences that stand apart in an increasingly competitive games industry.
Jack joined Riot in 2013 in ecommerce and has since worked across player growth, monetization, game strategy, and portfolio leadership. He was part of the founding team behind Riot’s Games Studios organization, helping the company evolve beyond a single-game studio, and later founded Riot’s Business Health function. In 2023, he helped re-form the Product organization around the disciplines responsible for understanding the who, why, and what behind Riot’s products.
Jack is, at heart, a lifelong gamer. His formative years were spent playing Magic: The Gathering and Blizzard games like StarCraft, Diablo II, Warcraft III, and World of Warcraft, followed by thousands of hours in League of Legends, TFT, VALORANT, and Legends of Runeterra. He remains fascinated by the craft of games: why players fall in love with them, what makes them endure, and how great teams turn deep player understanding into exceptional products.
